IMAGES NOT SHOWING -PLEASE HELP

Hi there, I have a problem when I upload files to the ftp, they are not shown....How could I fix this???

If I go to the url

http://www.sevensenses.es/esp/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/fotofondo.png

it shows me a blog where it says error 404...

Please help¡¡

Hey,
please contact your hoster regarding the ftp access issue- that's something which can not be controlled via theme or wp options. Maybe you need to change the "uploads" folder permission to 777.

now all the multimedia section uploads are working well but I still have problems with the pictures that i want to upload to the theme background. Can it be a database issue?? how can i fix it??

The theme background images are also saved/located in the upload folder. Maybe try to change the folder permissions of the sub folders (year & month folders inside the wp-content/uploads folder) to 777 too.
