The images thumbnails was working perfectly on the gallery and slideshow but like two days ago it only shows a broken link. I didn't change anything. please help!! I can send you my login info. Please provide an email.

Create a new thread and tell me what problems you are encountering and what you want to know. 
There is no step 3 :) 
Themeforest support threads are not searchable. Since most questions are asked over and over again a searchable forum will make it possible that you dont even need to wait for my response, because its already there.
