Hello,
I can’t import the Default Demo. All other demos work fine but this. I keep getting this message:
“Import didn’t work! You might want to try reloading the page and then try again”.I’ve already:
-imported successfully other demos;
-used the “WordPress Reset” plugin;
-Reinstall everything;
-Upload it to online server;
And neither locally or online it works and the error is the same.Thanks,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Can you, please, inform if there is a major problem with the template? I need to resolve this situation asap, if there is a major problem please inform as I need to buy a different theme.

Sorry for the late reply.
Please note that self posting pushes your thread to the end of our queue.I tried importing default demo using WordPress’ importer but that did not work as well. Can you please post FTP logins here privately as well? It seems like issues is server related.
If it is really urgent for you, we would recommend you to re-install WordPress and if that too does not help, please contact your hosting provider regarding the issue.

As I said before, i tried it locally and it didn’t work as well, so if the problem persists at my own computer and at the server it would be an huge coincidence to have anything to do with server configurations.

I wanted to run this test – https://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Unit_Test however logins credentials are not working for me.
Other solution would be importing database but for that we would need access to your database as well.
