I have an error when I try to import my .xml file with wordpress to import, here is the error message:

I have already increased the run time in 5 minutes

Maybe your hoster does not allow you to change the time limit. In this case you can use any time limit (i.e. 5 minutes) but the server will ignore your configuration and will use the default one. Please try to contact your hoster and ask the support staff if they can increase the limit for you.
