How can I make Index page thumbnail photos click through to a specific page (as per bold text below photo), verses opening up full image in lightbox?

Hi,

Edit each posts/portfolio items, on Featured Media area edit the featured image, you can do this by clicking show at the right side. Look for "Apply link to the image?", you can link to post, page or link it manually to a specific URL.
