There is too much padding at the top and bottom of the info box.. I don't see it in the shortcodes.css file. There is an option to change the padding for all sides, but that does not change the "extra line" of space at the top and bottom. It looks like it is just an extra <p> line that needs to be removed, but I'm not sure where that code resides. Please point me in the right direction? Thank you!

I'm uncertain what you're talking about, could you link me to your site? It should be in style.css, you can use the firebug addon for firefox to inspect that element.

Can you post a link please - I need to investigate this first hand. If it's an unnecessary paragraph you can only try to remove line breaks and to reformat the text a bit. WordPress adds html tags to the input to santize and structure the output but this often causes a wired (and sometimes even invalid) output. You can try to use the html view instead of the visual editor - you'll get more control over the output.

Here is a good example of the problem I am experiencing. The page linked below has a box on the left side. The very top of the box has too much space for my taste.. not a huge problem, but I'd like to remove the space and shift everything up a little if I can.

Shoot... I just remembered that the site is on a private server. I'll continue to look at this on my own. If I can't figure it out, I will revisit this post with a new link to the live site when it is published. As I said, not a huge deal, but would like more control if it is possible. You can ignore this for now. :)
