    Hi,

I want to insert a facebook like button and other social tools (facebook share for exemple) in the portfolio for each pictures.

    How can I do that?

    best regards.

It’s not possible to add/use social tools with individual images at the moment. However you can add them to post/page entries. In addition the lightbox supports social tools (see: http://www.no-margin-for-errors.com/projects/prettyphoto-jquery-lightbox-clone/ ). If you want to activate the lightbox share links open up flashlight/js/avia.js and replace:

    if($.fn.prettyPhoto)
    elements.prettyPhoto({ 'social_tools':'','slideshow': 5000 }); /* facebook /light_rounded / dark_rounded / light_square / dark_square */

    with:

    if($.fn.prettyPhoto)
    elements.prettyPhoto({ 'slideshow': 5000 }); /* facebook /light_rounded / dark_rounded / light_square / dark_square */

    Cool, It works!

Can I add the facebook share option with comment?

And I would like to insert some differents social tools in the website:

    – The same tools in the projects pages at the bottom page, like this page : (http://www.atelier-dlv.com/portfolio-item/canape-paysage/)

    – The tools (twitter to following “atelier dlv” account , facebook to begin fan of the page, and pinterest “atelier dlv” account) in the home page, in the bottom of the left frame

    – The tools (twitter to following “atelier dlv” account , facebook to begin fan of the page, and pinterest “atelier dlv” account) in the contact page.

    Thank you in advance.

    Best regards,

    Sebastien

    I have an other question:

I insert a new plugin for social tools but I don’t want to show them on all the pages. for exemple, I don’t want to show these tools in the project page (http://www.atelier-dlv.com/projets/) and the home page also.

Is it possible to Select the display?

    thanks

I’d ask the plugin author if it’s possible to filter the social icon code. WordPress offer some conditionals: http://codex.wordpress.org/Conditional_Tags which would allow you to hide/exclude the code from certain pages however the plugin must be prepared for these tags (eg custom wordpress filters/actions which allow you to change the social icons html output, etc.).

Ok, I asked to the plugin author if it’s possible to filter these socials icons but I would like also to insert a specific social tools in my website:

    – The tools (twitter to following “atelier dlv” account , facebook to begin fan of the page, and pinterest “atelier dlv” account) on the home page, in the bottom of the right frame (mini content) and on in the contact page.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi Sebastien,

It depends on the tools provided by the plugin you are using for the social stuff. If it allows you to insert a shortcode for those things then you can just add it to the pages (for the mini content and contact page).

You could also just put in the actual html for these things if you have access to it from somewhere else that has been generated via the HTML tab of the visual editor.

    Regards,

    Devin

    Ok.

I had a response about the contact of the social tools and I insert this code : [hupso_hide] in the html area and that’s work but not for the dynamics pages like http://www.atelier-dlv.com/projets/

How and where I can add this code?

    Thanks

    Hi,

You are asking questions specific to a plugin we never heard of (at least I haven’t). They are best asked of the developer or forum for the plugin where people like you who are trying to use it exchange ideas.

The WordPress plugin should work by activating it and looking at its setting, saving it and you will see its effect automatically on pages, posts etc.

    Thanks,

    Nick
