I didn't make any changes. I just tried to reinstall and this is what I get now:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-content\themes\expose\page.php on line 105

Can you give me a link to the Pagebin code?
Please check that you are using the latest version of WordPress (currently 3.0.1) and the latest version of the theme from your Theme Forest downloads page.

Ok, I've created a new test install of WP 3.0.1 using the code you provided, and the site worked fine. Can you try creating a separate install with this theme to see if you get the same problem?
Who's your host by the way?

It's possible that XAMP is causing the problem - the only way to test this is to upload to a web server (ideally Linux OS not Windows).
If you're using a fresh WP install and unmodified copy of the theme there shouldn't be any errors...
