not a support questionHi All
Have just purchase Aviaslider and installed via the wordpress upload facility.
It says Plugin installed successfully, but then when I click to activate the plug-in it says
"The plugin does not have a valid header."
Any ideas of how to correct this?

Could you please tell me is this not actually a wordpress plug-in?
I read on your page "AviaSlider is a very flexible and easy to use Image slideshow plugin" and assumed it was - am I wrong?
If it's not could you tell me how I can get a refund, as there's no way I can implement this myself and I will go and buy one of your themes instead!

AviaSlider isn't a Wordpress plugin. It's a standalone image slider that's why it's sold on code canyon for other developers. As stated in this thread http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/wordpress-version#post-1100 Kriesi can't refund the money himself - you need to talk to envato (themeforest, codecanyon, etc.) to refund you the money.
