Hi,
I read all the post here about this issue “internal Server Error 500” but didn’t manage to solve the problem.
Can you please help find a solution?
I can’t even open the backend and the front end of my website since yesterday.
Thanks in advance,
Miara
Hey miara13!
Please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.
If that does not help, please create a temporary admin login and FTP access and post it here privately so we can look into it.
Cheers!
Yigit
Thanks for your answer. The service provider increased the memory but it doesn’t work yet.
So I created a temporary admin login and FTP access.
Hope you can find a solution.
Best,
Miara
Hey!
I am able to connect to your server via FTP but it shows up empty. Can you please make sure to provide access to root of your WordPress installation?
Regards,
Yigit
Hi Yigit,
Thanks for your answer.
I am struggling to give you access via ftp as I am new to this.
Can’t you just acces via the service provider? and change from there for the access to ftp.
Miara
Hey!
Did you ask your hosting provider about this? What did you do prior to the issue?
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi,
I was about to write a new access I just received today.
Thanks for your message.
Miara
Hi,
Please let me know if the code I gave you worked.
Hope you can help fix this problem.
Best,
Miara
Hi!
It seems to be a plugin issue. I renamed the wp-content > plugins folder to something else and the site started to work again.
Cheers!
Ismael
Thanks for your support!
