The client just called back. He thinks the problem is with IE version 10. He was sick all day yesterday and didn't pass this information on. He also said he had a number of phone calls from clients experiencing the same problems - they use IE (not sure what versions). When I had different people do checks of the site yesterday they were using version 8 and 9. A large number of his clientele use Internet Explorer, so obviously the problem needs a resolution.
It the same issues as before with the shopping cart and checkout. The products are added and when going to view cart or checkout the products disappear and the site says that there is nothing in the cart. He also said that the when the site loads the drop down menu appears blacked out.
I am going to get my client to to a screenr recording when he gets back to his office. I will send you the link.
