The client just called back. He thinks the problem is with IE version 10. He was sick all day yesterday and didn’t pass this information on. He also said he had a number of phone calls from clients experiencing the same problems – they use IE (not sure what versions). When I had different people do checks of the site yesterday they were using version 8 and 9. A large number of his clientele use Internet Explorer, so obviously the problem needs a resolution.
I am going to get my client to to a screenr recording when he gets back to his office. I will send you the link.
FYI – I am on the coast in New South Wales, Australia – 10 hours ahead of Vienna time.

IE10 is not released yet (just a preview version for developers – see: http://ie.microsoft.com/testdrive/ ). As long as there’s no offical, final version it doesn’t make sense to support IE10 because we don’t know if it’s a browser issue or a website/plugin issue. The developer forums are full of bug reports regarding IE10 and I see no reason to support it yet. Please ask your client to use any stable browser like IE9 or (better) Chrome/Firefox/Safari.
