How do I get that feature exactly as it's shown? I can put words in the general area, but the box looks nice and clean.

it's the cryout text feature. Go to a post or page and click on "Edit Post/Page". On the editor page you'll see an option field called "Top Callout". Select "Yes" in the dropdown and enter a title, etc. and the box will appear like in the demo :)
If you can't see the option field you need to activate it (Screen Options tab at the right top).

I'm just beginning my site creation process and I have a similar problem however I have the Callout and would like to keep it I just want to edit it. However, its on a phantom page I can't seem to find (http://millionairesocietyreviews.org/?page_id=335)?? Please help.
