Invert Hover effect in portfolio

   I would like to invert the hover effect in the portfolio page.
   It should be in color, and when hover over with mouse, it
   needs to be in greyscale.

   Is this posible?

   I love this theme, awesome job!!

   Thanks for the quick reply,

   I already tried to do this. but it seems not to work.
   Now the color will only fade in when i remove the mouse again
   from the tumb. you can see what i mean.

   So the thumb is greyscale, when i move the mouse on top of it. its
   still greyscale, when i move the mouse of the tumb then there is color.

   What i want is, thumbs are in color, when mouseover it's in greyscale.
