Hi, I'm having the same problem as the user who posted yesterday. There is no navigation on the i-Phone (4S), with default settings and dummy content. On Android, a drop down menu appears underneath the site logo. On i-Phone, it's not there. Please could you help?

Hello, loving the theme, but before I go much further, really could use an update on the i-Phone issue ...

Hi Jonty66,
I'll forward the issue to Kriesi to take a look at.

OK, great - there is also an issue with the Portfolio images not loading on i-Phone. I thought maybe it was a network issue, but just found it's happening on WiFi too, and I found someone else on this forum a few weeks back who reported the same thing. Basically, the frontpage loads on i-Phone (4S) and:
(i) no Navigation present
(ii) Portfolio images just display the round "waiting to load" symbol.
Thanks for looking at it.Posted 1 year ago # -

Guys, any update on this? It's been 6 days since I raised it. Is a solution on the way? Unfortunately it's a show-stopper for us, as we need the site to look great on handheld devices (thats why we looked for Responsive theme). Cheers

Hey Guys! I am sorry I am not able to reproduce the issue on my iphone 4. Is this soemthing that is only happening on your site or on my theme demo as well? If its only happening on your site please send me a link so I can test myself.

Hi Kriesi - fab design work, thanks for reply. I tested your demo site, and it is indeed OK! So I'm very grateful if you can have a look at my site. Can't understand the different behaviour, as I have changed very little... But nonetheless something is up! I will send you the url via email. Cheers

Hey! I just checked your site and I cannot reproduce the issue either, it looks and works perfectly fine on my iphone4 :/
Would you mind activating the debugging console on your iphone and tell me if there are any errors?

Hi!
It seems like the iphone doesn't load the jquery libary properly. Maybe you use a browser plugin (eg for Safari mobile) which causes this issue?
Best regards,
PeterPosted 1 year ago # -
Hi,
Thanks for the reply. It was my understanding that plug-ins weren't possible for the Mobile Safari on i-Phone. Certainly, I haven't added any plug-in myself to this phone.
But the strange thing is that when I look at the demo site it is OK.
If you need my site url please let me know where I can send that over via email

Hi Peter - I'm not sure how to post the url here without making it public, which I don't want to do. Please advise how to get the url to you, whilst keeping it private. Thanks for your help

Hi
Url emailed to you
Thanks

I tried to reproduce the error with Safari (and some developer tool configurations) but everything displays fine for me. It seems like your iphone doesn't load jquery.js fast enough but I can't say why...
