Ok cool where do I get the update from? Themeforest? Do I just download it and get the latest version?
What would be cool for future updates because i've made a few CSS changes is to add a menu option in the back end for us to put our own custom CSS in maybe, or an option so that we can choose how wide the main menu options are across the top. I think I changed mine by about 20-30 pixels so I could squeeze another option in.
Just a thought...

If you made changes to css files and/or .php files don't install Display via Wordpress. Backup your Display (theme) directory via ftp and afterwards delete it.
Now unpack the Display files from Themeforest and search for the css directory.
Depending on the style, you open style1.css, style2.css or style3.css and add your css changes at the bottom of the css file. Now upload the new files to the themes directory (wp_content/themes/Display) via FTP. Maybe you must activate the theme again (wordpress admin panel)
Please don't just replace the new files with the old files on the server directly - there's the danger of leftovers which can cause serious problems.

Hello Dude,
I didn't made changes to the css or php files, so can I upload directly the new theme to the content directory ?
To replace the older files or like a new theme (eg. Display II) ?Thanks for your help.

Just delete the old Display folder via ftp and then unpack the new files from the .zip you downloaded from themeforest and upload them via ftp to your server. It's not necessary to install this as Display 2.
So as you stated upload them directly to the wp-content/theme folder.

so, the last version, what numer is 1.4 ,, 1,5 ?

You can find the version number in style.css at the very top. This is where WordPress pulls the theme data from. I would strongly recommend backing up your existing version of the theme before uploading the new one, this way if anything goes wrong it should be an easier process to restore.
The same applies when upgrading WordPress and Plugins.

Hi!
If you recieve a "broken theme" message upon installing you might want to check out this installation tutorial by Themeforest as well:http://wiki.envato.com/buying/support-buying/solving-broken-theme-issues/

Dear Dude,
That's for your help. I have followed all the above steps in "http://wiki.envato.com/buying/support-buying/solving-broken-theme-issues/" the theme now installs correctly, however, when I activate the theme it still states that the theme is broken. I wonder what the problem is?
