Is it possible to combine Javascript files and css files?

According to google page speed suggestion, the files should be combined into as few files as possible for faster loading.

Javascript
js/custom.js?ver=3.2.1
js/prettyPhoto/js/jquery.prettyPhoto.js?ver=3.2.1
wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.6.1
wp-includes/js/l10n.js?ver=20101110

CSS
style1.css
js/prettyPhoto/css/prettyPhoto.css
style.css

Need help to combine them without error. Thanks

Hey,
You can use cache plugins like W3TC or Super Cache (I prefer W3TC) to minify and combine js files.

Super Cache can't combine the files
no luck with W3TC ; css error.

W3TC works but you need to manually combine the files (no auto mode). Add jquery, prettyphoto & custom.js (in this order) to the js files and style.css and style1/2/3/4.css to the css files.
