you can try to use the widget shortcode in the menu item description field however I couldn't get it to work with the inbuild widget shortcode:[widget widget_name="WooCommerce Price Filter" widget_class_name="WooCommerce_Widget_Price_Filter"]Maybe you can get it to work with plugins like: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/amr-shortcode-any-widget/

The mega menu itself supports shortcodes so this shouldn't be the problem (however it doesn't support widget areas that's why you can only try to use a shortcode). You can suggest a "shortcode for the price filter" here: https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/issues - the woocommerce devs are very responsive when it comes to feature requests.
