Is there a way we can put Picture Ratings in the LIGHTBOX & display in gallery

Hi, I had a previous thread but it sounds differently of what i need. To be specific... i create this new thread.

In this link http://juliussuralta.com/portfolio/d-zired-productions-gold-bar-the-h-hotel-2012-june-15/ are gallery of images... now when i click the image... it goes to the LIGHTBOX....

Looking at the white background below of the lightbox is empty; Can we have a rating features there?

And in the gallery section (http://juliussuralta.com/portfolio/d-zired-productions-gold-bar-the-h-hotel-2012-june-15/) somehow we can see the picture ratings?
