    Hi,

    I removed the mainpage content (‘welcome and thanks for installing Avisio’) from the code, since I didn’t want any content except from the slider on the mainpage. Also, you’ll see I removed the footer.

    See: http://www.diamondlogos.dk

    However…..In the area where I before had ‘welcome and thanks for ….’), I now see a line, that I would really appreciate to get rid of. I find that there is too much ‘white space’, because of this line….and it isn’t needed.

    How do I do that?

    Also, I wonder if there is a way to not display the slider thumbnails below the slideshow?

    Finally, as you see I have some trouble with the background color in the logo, as there are shades in the Avisio background, and not possible to just transfer to Photoshop or alike to copy. As I understand Avisio only accepts JPG files, which will therefore have a background (if it was a photoshop file, it wouldn’t have to). How to deal with this? And also, how to make the menu header higher, as I find there is not much space for a logo there.

    Many questions…..but thanks, I look much forward to anyones reply :-)

    Concerning the thumbnails below the slideshow…I found a way to disable them.

    Other questions are still happily waiting for response.

    Hi,

    Add this at the very bottom of style.css

    .home #wrapper_featured_stripe, .home #wrapper_main {
    display: none;
    }

    To remove the header background, find this code on css/skin.css

    #wrapper_head {
    background: white url("../images/skin1/bg_gradiant_stripe_top.png") repeat-x 0 0;
    border-bottom: 1px solid white;
    }

    Replace it with

    #wrapper_head {
    background: white;
    border-bottom: 1px solid white;
    }

    Change the color to the background color of your logo. Now, to change the logo width and height find this code on style.css

    #top .logo, .logo a {
    display: block;
    height: 85px;
    width: 165px;
    position: relative;
    left: 0px;
    top: 0px;
    border: none;
    padding: 0;
    margin: 0;
    }

    Regards,

    Ismael
