    I’ve successfully resized the slider images in the main page slider but I can’t seem to resize the background image (drop shadow) with it. How do I do that?

    I’ve also uploaded my own logo but it overlaps the slider area and I can’t seem to fix this. How do I solve this?

    I can’t show you the pages but I can create an account for you so you can have a look, if needed.

    Hey,

    The background image (shadow effect) is set with this code in css/style1.css:

    .wrapper_shadow .center {
    background: url("../images/skin1/bg_shadow.png") no-repeat scroll center center transparent;
    }

    You need to modify this image to match your new slider image size: http://www.kriesi.at/themes/avisio/wp-content/themes/avisio/images/skin1/bg_shadow.png

    If you’re not using the default style, the code will be in css/style2.css or css/style3.css

    This worked for me! If you are a rookie with images like me I would suggest simply resizing this png. instead of trying to cut/paste a sliver out of the middle (like I was planning on doing) ;)

    Glad that James could help you :)
