    Hello, I’ve been having an issue with the Advance Layer-slider. It was working fine but since 2-3 days ago I noticed whenever a page is loaded with the Advance Layer-Slider a white background is showing with gray arrows on both right and left. After 1 minute or so the content come back. I’ve noticed the same behavior in mobile. Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi!

    The new Enfold update, does solve all those issues.
    Please update, clear your cache, delete all browser history and cookies and ttry it again.

    That will most probably solve your issues.

    Thank you for your reply. I’ve did all your recommendations and the issue continues. I have latest Enfold version. (3.7.1). Please help.

    Hi Rikard, I’ve installed the latest version 3.8 and the issue still continuous.

    Hi,

    We need to take a closer look please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
