Issues with Content Elements (Invisible or breaking other elements)

I have been experiencing strange behavior with my layout editor. It works fine for some things, but if I attempt to edit the map element, or masonry, the entire page is mis-rendered. For instance, the page europeanhorizons.org is supposed to be a full sized color section followed by a map element. You can see what it actually looks like there.

In addition, in some pages, an entire element would simply not show up on the user end. I do purge my cache after I edit pages. Anyone familiar with this particular issue.

I am using cloudflare CDN, W3total cache (js, css) and thats about it.
