I searched the forum for a similar issue, couldn’t find anything similar enough. So I apologize in advance if this question has been answered.
I’ve been having an issue with menu drop-downs. I have a lot of subpages under a parent page (i.e. the About Page has 5 subpages).
When I try to click one of the subpages, the menu drop-down disappears.
I have the latest WordPress with the latest theme.
Please make sure to have a menu item description for the first level items. this is necessary in order to not have a gap between first level and sub level menus. If you take a look at the demo you will notice that Home has a subline “the starting page” for example and all others do as well. this is necessary for the submenu items to work properly :)
First make sure you have the most recent version of the Display theme installed and that you are using the built in wordpress Menus manager to display your menus.
If you have a live site that I can take a look at I might be able to identify something further. I just did a quick test with a fresh install of the theme and didn’t have any issues with about a dozen sub pages under a menu item. Let us know how it turns out and if you are still have issues.
@indierockmedia, if you can do the same that would be helpful as well :)
