jQuery Slider too slow

   Hey guys,

   Any idea why my jQuery slider is so slow? I got some pictures from ShutterStock, turn it into a jpg file and reduce the size down to 900 x 599 px. Any other ideas how I can make the site load fasters?

   Btw, I changed the code according to what dude recommended on this post: http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/jquery-slider-image-change-w-alt-text

   Please advise....
