Just purchased your theme, you are the first and only theme I have tried to install on WordPress and this is the error I got. Please help.

Try re-installing the theme over FTP following the steps in this video:
Before doing so deactivate all currently active plugins as it looks like there is a conflict with visual composer but also to make sure there are no conflicts when trying to install the theme.

I’ve opened the folders and documentation. but I’ve got no clue about installing that on a wordpress FTP server. According to wordpress, they don’t allow any FTP access on their wordpress.com blogs. What should I do?January 16, 2014 at 4:14 pm #210712January 16, 2014 at 4:23 pm #210715
If you are on a WordPress.com blog then I don’t believe there is any way to install over FTP so you would need to re-try installing through the WordPress admin.

I can’t seem to find any way to install it on my wordpress, through the WordPress admin menu. I’m very lost here.January 16, 2014 at 7:38 pm #210850
Please go to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload and choose theme zip file and install

I went and looked it up and if you are on an actual WordPress.com blog then it looks like you aren’t actually able to use custom themes hosted outside of WordPress.org/.com: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
If you aren’t able to move your blog/site to a new host you will want to contact ThemeForest about a refund if you don’t have another place to use the theme.
Sorry about the confusion, we don’t often run across .com users because of this.January 17, 2014 at 1:50 pm #211204
