If you have troubles since the update to WordPress 4.5 please read this post before opening a new thread.
I’m currently setting up a website (abundance theme without woocemmerce) and I’m using qtranslate for the multilangual setup. I would like to add the language-widget in my Abundance Main Menu Area, on the top right side (where usually the shopping cart appears, but since I don’t need the shop I would like to use this area for the widget).
I already found a similar thread which was a little bit confusing (http://www.kriesi.at/support/topic/language-in-the-header#post-50539). Could you help me out with a short description how to set this up? I’m not so much into the coding stuff, just basic knowledge, trial and error…
I would be very happy for your help!!!
Thanks a lot, best,
This area doesn’t support widgets at the moment. Imho the easier/better solution would be to add your code to header.php. You can add your code after following line:
<!-- end social_bookmarks-->
thanks a lot for your answer. Could you tell me which code exactly I have to insert to make the widget appear?
Thanks a lot for your support!!!
I’m not familiar with qtranslate but probably this post will help you: http://www.qianqin.de/qtranslate/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3&p=16#p16
I will try this one out now and let you know if it worked out.
Thanks a lot!!!!
