Hi, i want to know if i can made and archive page, using the latest news widget, but i need to public all archive instead only 20 latest news. That i have in mind is using the widget with custom templates.

    This is what i’m doing

Here the only what i need is to add a paginator in order to access all the archive…

    Thnak You

    Hi dmaldonado,

You would need to modify the widget code pretty heavily in order to add pagination to it. The modification isn’t something that we can provide you code for as it would require quite a bit of css and php tweaking to get correct and then modify to keep up the look of your theme modifications.I would recommend just customizing the archive page to give you the look you are doing instead.

The archive is handled by the archive.php file located in the main theme files.

    Hi Devin,

Thank you for your suggestion, i will take a look the archive.php file, it’s sound more logical, i’m not a code professional, so i will do my best trying to configure that… i only need to put the thumbnail and the title for the archive, if you have any suggestions i will appreciate your help. Thanks again

You need to modify includes/loop-archive.php – open up the file and remove everything you don’t need (eg blog meta span, the_content() function, etc.).
