   Hey,
   you can add pages, posts, categories and (static) links to your menu but it's not possible to add twitter messages or widgets to it. However you can add the twitter widget to the sidebar (Appearance > Widgets) - select the Coalition twitter widget for this task.

   Coalition is an one page portfolio theme and everything regarding menu, sidebar widgets and footer is located in sidebar.php. You can add the widget to the sidebar without modifying anything by using the sidebar widget area. The menu itself doesn't support widgets, the footer doesn't offer widget areas too (it wouldn't make sense because the footer is part of the sidebar and you can add widgets to it).
