    I had a team page like this

    With the latest update of Enfold the following happens.

    When I open up the page in the advanced editor the editor window is completely empty. When I save everything is erased. When I add the exact same content items again and hit save I only see two columns 50% with the content John Doe. The only way I can get it to work is by using the layout codes directly without using the advanced layout editor

    Hi danielmarbach!

    Try deleting the page and recreate it. If your typing out HTML tags then make sure they are all closed properly like so.

    <div></div>
<p></p>
<a></a>

    If your still having trouble then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.

    I just checked again on another page, even when I create a new empty one the following happens:

    I add any element in the advanced layout editor, I save the page, the content area seems to be blank (visually) when I visit the page the elements are there. If I switch back to the default editor everything is gone.

    Hey!

    I tried to login to the site but the login details are not working. Please check. Note that you can’t switch between the default and the advance layout builder. Each editor will produce different content.

    I’m aware of that. The issue remains even if I don’t switch editors. I changed the login details.

    Hi,

    I created a test page, Kriesi test, and I had no problem seeing layout elements etc at any point. I might have misunderstood something but is there a step-by-step to reproduce the error you are having?

    In case someone is interested:
    I had the same problem & found out that it’s a browser problem.
    I changed chrome into safari and everything worked well.
