    Hello Support,

    1. There is a feature inside Layer Slider Settings > Your Logo.
    I added our Logo, and save the settings, but it is not reflecting at frontend.
    Also, what is the recommended size for Logo in Layer Slider.

    2. The default Demo data installs two Slides of ” Enfold – most beautiful theme ever”.
    In frontend, the slider Stops everytime after showing any slide, then i have to click on Right navigation button everytime to change it. Even though my mouse is not over the slider. I tried on different browser too.

    For both I did Hard Refresh also, but the problem persists.

    Can you please help me to resolve this issue.

    Hi Labhanshi!

    1.) The layer slider logo is working properly when I tested it on my end. There is actually no recommended logo size. You can experiment with it, see what works best.

    2.) Please try to resave the settings. The demo works fine after the latest update of Enfold. Edit the slide then go to Slide Settings > Slideshow > Slideshow behavior, enable the “Start slideshow” setting.

    Hello Ismael,

    1. I tried resaving also, but it seems not working. Surprisingly, it is reflecting at backend, but not showing at frontend.

    2. The Slideshow behavior is already being set to enable for “Start slideshow”. I tried resaving it also, but i think not working.

    Hey!

    On what browser and OS are you testing this with? The slider is working properly on Chrome and Firefox, Windows 7. I can see the eBay logo on the left side of every slides.

    Hello Ismael,

    As i said earlier, it automatically started working fine, before i post previous message, or may be the settings you told me to resave them, because rest options were as it is.

    But I just gave you link, so that you can also verify at your end too that what made it not working and why it started working on its own.

    By the way, i checked on Chrome and Firefox on Win XP and it is working at my end too.

    Maybe it was a cache issue and after the cache was cleared and rebuild it started to work.

    Hello Dude,
    Might be, but id didn’t cleared the cache. Probably hard refreshing couple of times makes it appear. :)
