    Dear Kriesi Team

im using enfold and have just updated the theme to bring me up to date although I am also using the Enfold Child theme – so i have left the main theme inactivate which i think is correct?

In the wordpress dashboard – section Layer slider WP – do i need to register the layerslider or is that done through your theme

    its says the following

You can find your purchase code by selecting the License Certificate option under LayerSlider’s Download button on your CodeCanyon Downloads page.

It seems you’ve received LayerSlider by a theme. Please note that the auto-update feature only works if you’ve purchased the plugin directly from us on CodeCanyon.

Please advise and thanks for your help

    Same issue here.

“This site is not yet authorized to receive plugin updates.”

    Hey!

Please do not bother with that.
We push layer slider updates with our theme updates and we have an update coming with the new version of enfold, which is now been tested.
    Thanks a lot

    Cheers!

    Hi Basilis,
My Fullwidth LayerSlider isn’t working. After I do an edit an select “save”, the saving icon remains orange and nothing happens.
Any idea when the fix will be ready?

Thanks heaps – love your work.

    Hi!

    @wmeida
it could be due to a conflict with some plugins to find the plugin in conflict please follow the below steps

    1. Goto plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
    4. Make sure the plugins are all updated

If the issue still don’t get resolved we need to inspect it more closely by creating a temporary user with ‘administrator’ role and share in private content with permission to deactivate all plugins and add custom code if necessary to help you resolve this issue.

NOTE: The user who open this ticket can view your private content so please open a new ticket for this issue.

    Best regards,
    Vinay Kashyap
