    Hi,

I have searched around for similar issues but couldnt find anything relevant.

Our site has a layerslider at the top, which is working fine on desktop and iphone.
It also appears to be working on ipad landscape but is not being rendered in ipad portrait mode.
If I test firefox ipad user agent the slider renders fine, but using an actual ipad, rotating to portrait is not working.

    I have attached the link..

    Hey edcubitt!

Hmm, it seems to be displaying fine on my end. I don’t have an actual iPad to test on though. Can you take a screenshot of what your seeing? Your using the Safari browser correct? Does it happen on other iOS devices?

    Cheers!

Hi, yes clearly orienting to portrait is something that can only be seen on actual ipad itself.

The layerslider code disappears from the front end, so is not displayed.

    Hi,

I had a look on ipad mini/chrome and I get the same problem. Please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Thanks,
    Rikard

    Hi,

Thanks for the details but there seems to be a password prompt (.htaccess) before coming to the login page. Could you post details for that as well please?

    Thanks,
    Rikard

    That’s what site auth is

    Hey!

I’m sorry but the auth details is not working. Maybe, you reversed the details so I tried the wp admin details in the auth fields but it’s still not working. Please check.

    Cheers!

    Hi!

    @phaneric
Can you please post the link to your page? We may need a temporary admin login as well.
If you post your login credentials here, OP would be able to see your private content. If you would like to avoid that, please start a new thread

    Best regards,
    Yigit
