Having installed to very good layerslider WP plugin (from codecanyon.net - top plugin !) into my site with the "corona" theme.
when creating a new page - using "fullsize preview image, no sidebar" and entering [layerslider id="1"] and on a new line TEST TEST
it shows the layerslider slideshow and the TEST TEST - really OK !
when creating a new page - using a dynamic template, using the template builder with "Post/Page Content" and using the page content, which again is [layerslider id="1"], it shows NO layerslider slideshow, but it does show TEST TEST.
So when using the template builder functions, the layerslider WP plugin is not working, when using it via a "normal" page layout, it works.
Something in the "interpretation" of the template builder elements is hindering layerslider WP in working, I guess.
Please advise.
Create a new thread and tell me what problems you are encountering and what you want to know. 
There is no step 3 :)
