Hello, I just purchased this theme today (it’s wonderful!). I can’t get the layout builder to load any content in the window for any of the pages (just spins as thought it’s loading but nothing happens), as long as i have ANY plug ins activated. As soon as I deactivate, it works fine. I must have the latest and greatest version since I just purchased today.

    Thanks

    Hey colleendr!

Please deactivate all active plugins and then activate them one by one to find the culprit

There are a few that cause propblems, but the one I really want is WPL – real estate plug in. When use it I have no options for editing a page or post – all the options for editing text and everything else is just gone. This is a really necessary program for me.

    Hi!

Have you tried contacting plugin authors? They should have better insight on what could be causing the issue.

    Hi there,

It’s often the case that plugins cause conflicts within the theme. A simple solution can often be to disable the plugin whilst you create your content in Page Builder and then Activate the plugin when you’ve done editing.

It may not be a perfect solution but no theme author can support all of the 26,000 plugins currently in the WordPress repository. If the plugin is a premium plugin you have paid for, the plugin author should provide the support you need; if the plugin is free with little or no support, you are probably gonna have to “bite the bullet” and pay for some freelance help.

    regards

I have just emailed them as well. Thanks. Do you have another suggestion for a good real estate listings plug in?

    Thanks,

    Hi!

Thank you for using the theme!

Have you tried disabling the “Use Google CDN version of jQuery” option on the Layer Slider’s advance options? This setting loads an old version of jquery that might break some of the plugins. @Andrewj is correct regarding the plugin, there’s just no way that we can provide support for all third party plugins so you may need to redirect all questions on the plugin author. Honestly, we haven’t tested any real state listing plugins but you can search through codecanyon or the wordpress repository for available plugins.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
