Layout Builder Problem

Hi Support team,

I am having a problem where it seems sometimes certain pop out windows are loading up BEHIND windows that are already open, preventing me from making necessary changes. For example, I am using your Icon List module, but if I try to add a link to a piece of text using the chain icon, the pop window is not accessible until you close out the Icon list editor.
