I see that the only way to get the most out of WordPress is to learn php. It’s becoming pretty obvious to me that no matter what theme you buy out there, it’s never going to have a Dashboard that’s robust enough to put out a really nice website. WordPress is still built from the ground up as a blog and I’ve yet to see anyone who’s designed a theme that’s not going to have to have their customers tweak the code in some way. Not to mention, in some ways it’s easier to change the code than to search for a tiny little radio button located God knows where! :)

Can you direct me to some tutorials that can get me quickly up to speed on coding php and stylesheets as it pertains to WordPress?
