Hi, the lightbox on mobile devices has been working but now is not and nothing has been changed:

I could see another thread that the issue was with lightbox but I did not see that it was resolved. Could you help me out with this? (I have tried disabling any plug-ins, etc.)

    Thanks

    Hi mediumstudio,

Is it only a specific mobile device? I’m not getting any issues with the site on my end when testing it as it is now.

    Hi,

You are using Propulsion v 1.21 while the current version is 1.91. Please log into themeforest.net using the account you’ve purchased the theme under and download the latest update. Please be aware that the update will overwrite every single theme file including custom.css , so make sure that you created a backup first. The best way to upgrade the theme would be via ftp, renaming your current propulsion them folder on your server and then uploading the newest version of the theme. If you have made customization to your templates, but are no longer sure exactly where, I’ve made a comprehensive video outlining the easiest way to solve that issue. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B8hqGBMSfHtKRkJlN0pyNVNDSkk/edit?usp=sharing

    Thanks,

    Nick

Hi, thanks for the info – sounds like that might do the trick! I did run into a problem this week, though, downloading propulsion for a new client. When I installed it the template builder would not load. I ended up loading in another client’s Propulsion and it worked. Just an FYI I guess?

Oh, and, by the way, the template builder and this theme in general have been really useful – dynamic work from all of you. Thanks!

That will probably do the trick in updating but we can take another look if it doesn’t.

    Regards,

    Devin
