    Hey guys,

    Have a tricky problem I hope you guys can solve!

    First issue:In Masonry gallery, when my images are clicked on. The descriptions don’t appear. On chrome, it appears once but if you click it again to read, it’s gone. And on Safari, the descriptions don’t appear at all.

    So far I only added text to one image (AdAdge Cover on the top right) . See in the screenshot!

    Second issue: Can you guys update this theme to make the description formatting more customizeable? By that, I mean being able to add a title that can be bold, then a description below. Right now, as seen in the link above, the description is pretty plain.

    Hi ccyran!

    The captions show empty when I inspect the element and check in the chrome browser. This could be because of a conflict with a plugin.

    To find the plugin in conflict please follow the below steps

    1. Goto plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
    4. Make sure the plugins are all updated

    If you still have any issues we would like to take a closer look at the setup in the backend please create a temporary user with ‘administrator’ role and share in private content with permission to deactivate all plugins and add custom code if necessary to help you resolve this issue.

    For the second issue we will provide you custom css to make the description of the image bold. Let’s resolve the first issue so we can see the description of the image.

    Hey Vinay,

    I deactivated all plugins and nothing changed. I also activated them one at a time and nothing changed. My wordpress and enfold is up to date. I included the details to login my account in the private content field.

    also fyi, I only added text to the first three images in the top (first) masonry gallery!

    Is your web site under CDN? Cloudflare or something related?
    Please do let us know and do not post 2 times in a topic it gets last to the que and we will see it last.

    please make sure your server does not get cached by a CDN service. Ask your host about it.
