   1- I upgraded to 3.1 and lightbox does not work.How can i solve it?

   2- After upgrade to 3.1 problem with wp-login.php, is that theme problem or wordpress?

   2) I think it's related to the lightbox incompatibility with jquery 1.4.4 upwards. Please update the lightbox plugin :) - refer to 1)
