   Hello,

   I want to display on my homepage an excerpt from the article and not the full article.

   If I go to "Settings" / "Lectures" and I turn on "Extract" (not "Full article"). This does not work ...

   Is it possible?

   Hi jdidry,

   Inside the content of the page, try to add this code:
   <!--more-->
   This is how to use it:
   

   First paragraph....
   <!--more-->
   Second paragraph...

   This way, the content will be cut and a read more link will appear (plus you can control where the content will be cut). Hope this helps.

   Hi,

   You can also use the excerpt box. Edit a post then go to screen options > tick the excerpt. Now you can customize the excerpt.
