I create a text box, highlight text, click the link button, nothing happens.
Also, after I do this, the main scrollbars for the whole page disappear and I can’t scroll up or down to view other sections of the page.
I’m using a brand new download of Enfold, as far as I know.

Can we please a live version of your web site, so we can actually assist?
Providing also username / password would help us to define and fix the issue

    Cheers!

    Hey!

Please update the theme to the latest version (3.2). Once you done that, try disabling all third-party plugins to see if it gets fixed.

    Best regards,
    Josue

According to WordPress, I have the latest version installed.
All the plugins we have, we need, so deactivating plugins to fix Enfold is not an option.

    Hey!

You’re running 3.1.5, latest version of Enfold is 3.2 (if you can’t do it from the Theme Options do it via FTP).

    Best regards,
    Josue

Why can’t I update from within WordPress? What’s wrong with Enfold? All the other themes do that.
That video takes way too much time. I just step by step instructions in text. We don’t have time to be watching videos all day.

Every time I submit to your forums, I get a blank page and have to refresh, then I get this:

ERROR: Slow down; you move too fast.

ERROR: Duplicate reply detected; it looks as though you’ve already said that!

    #458627

    What’s wrong with the forums?

    #458628

I have to refresh twice for every reply – sometimes three times.

Are we supposed to make a copy of custom.css in the child theme? FTP just overwrote all of my styles (!!)
Why would you not just use style.css in the child theme like everyone else?

    #458637

Had to refresh twice to get the comment to post again

    #458648

You actually can use style.css when using a child theme, pass the contents of custom.css to style.css.

    Regards,
    Josue
