Hey, I'm trying to link directly to a non-default woocommerce tab from an external page (Abundance theme). For instance, if I want to link someone directly to the product attributes tab, I should be able to give them the link to the product with #tab-attributes appended to the end. For instance: http://www.finishlynx.com/product/cameras/etherlynx-2000-photo-finish-camera/#tab-attributes

This does not work, however. Is there some js or jquery snippit I can use to permalink to specific tabs?

Hi!

You can use the trigger function like:
```
jQuery("#tab-attributes").trigger('click');
```
insert it after the document.ready check and jquery should switch the tab automatically.

Thanks a million, Peter. You can mark this as resolved. But could you please clarify where I can locate the document .ready for Woocommerce inside the theme. Is it in the Abundance header/footer or somewhere inside Woocommerce? - Matt

Hi lynxmarketing,

In the theme files, go to js>avia.js and add it just after:
```
jQuery.noConflict();
jQuery(document).ready(function(){
```

Thanks for the quick reply, Devin. Unfortunately, the trigger doesn't seem to be working. Is there some sort of syntax edit or function that needs to be added? I should be able to type the product url in the browser: http://finishlynx.com/product/cameras/etherlynx-2000-photo-finish-camera/#tab-attributes and have the page open directly on the attributes tab, correct?

Try following code:

jQuery("#tab-attributes").trigger('click');
jQuery(".description_tab").removeClass('active');
jQuery(".attributes_tab").addClass('active');
