If you have troubles since the update to WordPress 4.5 please read this post before opening a new thread.
Try this links please:
The 2nd hides the content-area, when opening the site. Is there a trick? On my site, this links will always show the same. :-(
I’m not sure. Do you have a link to your live site we can take a look at it?
Here you see my constructions-homepage:
On Kriei’s demo-site it’s not a probleme. On my it’s a problem.
PS: Try the “tour” form the Welcome-Site. Like it? I want to add a second tour on the “thumbnail-view”.
I just tried to set up the same thing on my demo site and wasn’t able to get the same result either. I’ve flagged the thread for Dude to take a look at.
The site with the (unsolved :-( ) problem is live now: http://goo.gl/kyTk6
Well, I would give it a try, but…
…I would like to ask Kriesi to take a look. Because on his demo-site it’s working _without_ any code-changes. Maybe there’s an easier way.
Or am I wrong?
The “hide” action is triggered by a link which has the id “hide-content”. If you call the page with http://www.kriesi.at/themes/flashlight/welcome/#hide-content you’ll therefore trigger the “hide sidebar” action – however you must have “hide-content” in your permalink which imho looks wired and may affect seo – especially on your front/home page.
