Hi, I may be a bit tired now…. but I can’t seem to find a way to list a category of posts on a fullwidth page. It comes with a sidebar as default, and I can’t find the spesific page or setting anywhere?
What I did to get a listing of posts from a specific category was to go to; posts/categories and there I would click “View” under the name of the category I want to list. It opens in a browser window, and I copied the link from there so that I can use this link to share the category of posts.
Could you please shed some light on how to get rid of the sidebar on the page that lists the posts?
I discovered a better way to list the category, by making a new template that lists a blog. But it still keeps giving me that sidebar that I need to get rid of…:-)
Another thing is the portfolio page… Now that does exactly the opposite… No sidebar… but there I need one of course. Any trick to put a sidebar on a portfolio page?
I’m not aware of an easy or clever solution. Basically you need to create a complete new template based on the current portfolio template. You can try to reduce the column width of the current portfolio layouts or you need to change the amount of columns, etc.
It will take some time because some php/html and css code changes are required.
