    Hi there,

A list of my child pages automatically displaying in sidebar. – how do i turn this off?

I just want to be able to display the jQuery accordion menu that I have set up as a custom sidebar widget, nothing else.

    See link > http://stihlshophuonville.com.au/stihl-products/

    Thanks, Llewyn.

    Hey glooadvertising!

Go to the theme options and then the Sidebar tab. Look for the checkbox under the title “Page Sidebar navigation”. Make sure to save after unchecking it.

    Cheers!

But there is anyway to show child pages in the page, just like a content?

Every code I’ve tried not worked and showed everything.

    Hi assennato,

Could you please attach a mockup of what you’re trying to achieve?

    Best regards,

    Hi, Victoria.

I have following structure on my website
    – Administração
    – – Práticas administrativas
    – – Tecnologia
    – – Situação Fiscal
    – – Recursos Humanos

    – Desenvolvimento social
    – – Modelo de Assitência
    – – Proteção Social Básica
    – – – Conviver
    – – – Cras
    – – – PIC
    – – – Escola do Trabalho

I would like in a page from level one (-) show a list of child pages (level 2) and so one.

    For example:
Page “Desenvolvimento Social” show a list that will show “Modelo de Assistência” and “Proteção Social básica”.

I’ve tried some codes to call child pages, but it shows everything, not just the child pages from its parent

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

Have you tried using the Navigation Menu widget in the Appearance > Widgets panel? You can create a custom menu in the Appearance > Menus panel and have it display on the sidebar or the certain pages using the Navigation Menu widget. And if you’re using the advance layout builder, you can use the Widget Area element and select the widget area containing the navigation.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Hi, Ismael. Thank you for the tip.

But it would great if does it automatically.

This way I wil have to create a lot of menus, and each new page would demand include it manually on menu.

I found a plugin that does it and fits well. But I was looking for something native – it would help a lot.

    Best Regards,

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

Unfortunately, this feature is not available in the theme by default. The theme has an option to render a Page Navigation in the sidebar, but this is not as flexible as using the Navigation Menu widget. You can enable the Page Navigation option in Enfold > Sidebar Settings panel.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
