Hi there!

Thanks for the nice theme which I am customizing now for my client, see http://www.miriamvanvelthoven.nl/wordpress/.

For now I have three questions:

1) Logo
Is it possible to use text in stead of an image for the logo? The 'name' they want should be rather big. I have now created an image size 400 x 100px and when downsizing the screen that doesn;t look very nice. When using plain text (with @font-face) the wordings can move to the next line...
Another solution would be to resize the image when downsizing the screen. How can I do that?

2) Autoresponder contact form
How can I insert tags in the autoresponder to create a more professional autoresponder mentioned the data visitors filled in?
Like:
Name:
E-mail
etc.

3) Copyright
How can I add the year to the copyright section to be written the current year, ie. "Copyright 2012"?

Hi Monique,

1) The theme is already resizing the image for the various screen sizes. It uses media queries to changes everything for each device and adds new css rules as needed. When I view the site this is what is happening now.

At the smallest size for example, the container for the logo is 258 pixels which constrains the logo image to 258px wide by 65px tall. Switching the logo to use text instead would be simple to switch over but then getting it to work with the responsive design and then cross browser would take quite a bit of tweaking which wouldn't be able to help you with via support.

2) The built in one doesn't have the capability to do that as far as I know. You would need to use a different plugin to handle the contact form and respondder that can handle that kind of function.

3) In your footer.php, you can either directly edit the year right before the copyright symbol or use the php timestamp to grab the current year. So look for:
© <?php _e('Copyright','avia_framework'); ?> - <a href='<?php echo home_url('/'); ?>'><?php echo get_bloginfo('name');?></a><?php echo $kriesi_at_backlink; ?>

And either change it to be:

© <?php _e('Copyright','avia_framework'); ?> 2012 - <a href='<?php echo home_url('/'); ?>'><?php echo get_bloginfo('name');?></a><?php echo $kriesi_at_backlink; ?>

or
© <?php _e('Copyright','avia_framework'); ?><?php echo date("Y"); ?> - <a href='<?php echo home_url('/'); ?>'><?php echo get_bloginfo('name');?></a><?php echo $kriesi_at_backlink; ?>
