Logo/Partner List Problem

   Hi,

   When I add the logos to the Logo/Partner List it does not seem to show correctly and just says that I need to add the images. Am I doing something wrong?

   Hi!

   Did you upload some logos on the admin screen (Replete > Template Builder > Logo/Partner List)? Did you try to insert the image url directly into the text field?

   Yes I went to "Replete > Template Builder > Logo/Partner List" then inserted the five different image link into the text fields but once I go the frontpage where I put it, it just says "You need to add some logos in your WordPress backends template builder to display them here".

   Any help would be appreciated, thanks,

   Hey James,

   Do you have a link to the site where we can take a look at the partner list?

   When you've uploaded or added the images into the template builder element and saved, does it show the logo's there? Can you double check that the template you've added them into is the one being used for the Frontpage as well. Just go to that page in wordpress and look for the meta box for Templates and double check its selected there.

   No the logo's don't show in the template builder. I've checked and its definitely the template that is being used for the front page.

   When you insert the images, what exact steps are you taking?

   Are you also hitting the "Save all changes" button at the bottom of the Template builder after adding in the URL or uploading?

   I go the Replete template builder > click on frontpage > select 'Logo/Partner List' from the add element drop down menu > click 'Add Element' > paste the image links into the various boxes in the logo/partner list > then select 'Save all changes'

   Am I missing anything?

    Hi James,

    For some reason the URL field is just not working on your installation. I went through and did the Upload button>media gallery and chose each image that you had indicated in the filed and then hit the "Use as Logo" button at the bottom of the images information to set each logo.

    You may want to use larger images for each since they are a bit pixelated from being stretched at the moment. To get a really nice consistent look, put each logo on a white canvas in an image editing program so that each file is the same size. Something like 450 wide by 220px tall will give you a look similar to the demo.

    Then just go to the element in the template builder and hit the green upload button. Once the image has been uploaded the dialog box that comes up showing all the image details (link, size title etc) will have a "use as logo" button at the very bottom which is what inserts that image to be used for that logo area.
