A 'logout' button has suddenly appeared underneath the main nav bar on some pages of my site, but not linked to the menu system in WP.

Any ideas what is generating this and how to get rid of it??

Hey,
open up abundance\woocommerce-config\config.php and remove following code line:

$output .= "<li class='account_logout_link'><a href='".$url['logout']."'>".__('Log Out', 'avia_framework')."</a></li>";

Hey dude - thanks but this isn't working for me. It seems to coming off the main menu not the submenu.

You need to check your WooCommerce settings. There is an option for that (can't give you the exact names, my site is in German) in the Pages settings in your WooCommerce backend. "Attach logout link to all menues that contain 'my account'" or something like this. I think this is checked by default, if you don't like it, you should be able to disable it there...
