Hi,

Unfortunately I couldn't find anyone in the forums, but I did find a few people with different themes in Turkish. Since the framework is very close, you may be able to get half or more similarities. Unfortunately its up to them to help. You can search under 'Turkish', and contact them I suppose, can't hurt to try.
